Publishing Party
In writing they have worked on a personal narrative piece for the entire month and celebrated their accomplishment with a publishing party. We also held our 1st bake sale to raise funds for our end of year trip and graduation expenses. It was a great success.

Imagination
Students created their own stories of Fables and Folktales. What they really enjoyed was looking at the story Cinder Edna and making comparisons. They loved when they got the opportunity to change the characters and their roles, the plot and the setting of the story. They had fun using their imagination to write their own stories.

Ants
The Ants Go Marching On Hurray Hurray. Students worked on creating their own Ant Story problems. They had to write a story, illustrate the story and show the work for the problems they presented. They were so proud to see their work displayed in the hallway.
