Bowery Mission Trip
On January 7th, students from Pastor David Ham’s Drama elective performed their amazing mini-play entitled Freedom Cry during our bi-monthly trip to The Bowery Mission in Manhattan, New York. Freedom Cry tells the story of Mary, the mother of Jesus, with a twist–it’s set in modern times! Through this magnificent drama, we see how when we allow ourselves to be used of God and risk ourselves, truly miraculous things can happen. Our elementary students helped to bless those in attendance with handmade cards. We appreciate being allowed to minister in such an impactful way.
