Metaphores
Eighth graders made metaphors personal this month. God uses so many metaphors for Himself/His Son in the Bible (ie. Shepherd, Light, Way, Refuge, Shield, etc). Students chose one that was very meaningful to them; they drew or gathered pictures to display and wrote about how God engulfs this metaphor for them personally.
